We make a great effort in making every lunch as child-friendly and inviting as possible. Our food is served in buffet style, so each student can pick and choose what they want on their plate.We always encourage them to try to taste new types of food but do not force them to take it.

When you subscribe you will kindly be asked to choose between the monthly or day by day option.

Every Friday we continue making pizza for the students at AIS, and from next school year it will be possible, for the students to buy pizza directly in the dinning room.

We would like you to know that we work under strict guidance from the Spanish Health Department (Sanidad), and everything we do and make is approved by them, from the preparation of the monthly menu, recipes and cooking, to suppliers and cleaning. We also recieve unannouced visit from the health department for an extra supervision.

An external laboratory helps us make sure that we always are updated on all the paperwork, that the health inspector requires, including testing of food, inspections of equipment and plague control.
